There's a part of us that grows every second, every day, every month, and every year; it could be positive or negative, depending upon the person. I absolutely get confused when I see people say, 'You haven't changed,' when they have no idea what the other person has in their mind; growth can come in many forms and cannot be shared every time. And the outside cannot determine how much you changed; our longing for validation from people around us has made us miserable from even a single change of speech they make. Let's work on our inner selves and grow.
